Repeat client from a previous machine shop project, now back with us for a ride height adjustment.

One thing client specifically mentioned was gusto niya dito gawin because we use leveling/setup pads. Meaning, lahat ng four corners nakaupo sa same leveled reference bago kami magsukat at mag-adjust.

After the adjustment, we got all four corners done, instead of just making the car β€œlook level” by eye.

According to the client, sa previous setup niya mataas naman yung ride height, pero dahil hindi pantay yung corners, may certain ramps sa parking o humps na sumasayad pa rin yung isang side.

This time, we changed the ride height and balanced the four corners using the setup pads. Same target height, but much more even from corner to corner.

This black GR86 came in after a front-end collision that damaged the front subframe. Kahit ilang beses nang sinubukang ipaayos, hindi pa rin tumatakbo nang diretso yung kotse.

In-spec ulit namin yung front subframe, then inilagay yung kotse sa set-up pads for proper suspension geometry checking. Laser measured yung chassis, pinalitan yung mga damaged underchassis components, then ginawa namin yung complete string line alignment including camber and toe adjustments.
