What is Paint Correction?
Paint correction is the process of restoring your vehicle’s paint by removing imperfections such as swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, water spots, and other surface defects. Using professional machine polishing techniques, we bring back the paint’s original depth, clarity, and gloss.
Why should you have your paint corrected?
Ceramic coating does not remove scratches or swirl marks—it seals whatever is already on the surface. If your paint has imperfections, they will still be visible even after the coating is applied.
That’s why paint correction is an essential step before ceramic coating. It creates a smoother, cleaner, and more flawless finish, allowing your vehicle to look its absolute best.
Protect the finish after correction.
Once your paint has been corrected, it should be protected to preserve the results. A ceramic coating provides a durable protective layer that helps defend against UV rays, dirt, water spots, chemical contaminants, and makes routine washing much easier.
The result: A deeper gloss, a cleaner finish, and long-lasting protection.
Good news! Paint correction is already included in our Ceramic Coating Package, so your vehicle receives the proper preparation before the protective coating is applied.
