ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE CEO : ADDRESSING CLIENT CONCERNS
It has come to my attention, both as CEO and as part of the MCars management team, that some of MCars PH clients have concerns that were not addressed properly or on time.
For this, I extend my sincere apologies. On behalf of the company, and in my personal capacity, I take full responsibility.
In order to properly address these matters and facilitate an orderly resolution moving forward, I am inviting all clients with existing concerns to visit our office from April 7 to April 10, between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. I will personally be present to hear and attend to your concerns.
I built this company from the ground up, and I will not allow any shortcomings or lapses in our service to affect the trust you have given MCarsPH. Please be assured that we are committed to resolving all matters properly, fairly, and in accordance with the law.
