𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘:

In view of the issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 97 by the Office of the President, operations and services at the MARINA Central Office and MARINA Regional Office - NCR, Trium Square Building, Pasay City will be SUSPENDED tomorrow, Monday, 22 September 2025.

However, the THEORETICAL EXAMINATION will proceed tomorrow, 22 September 2025, as scheduled. Seafarers who will not be able to take the examination may apply for “RESCHEDULE WITHOUT PAYMENT” or “RESIT WITHOUT PAYMENT” in the MISMO system starting 23 September 2025.

Meanwhile, the CONDUCT OF PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT in affected areas are also SUSPENDED, while unaffected regions may proceed with the required compliance on CCTV recordings submission per Memorandum Circular No. SC-2022-03 Series of 2022.

Also, seafarers who are scheduled to process their MARINA Professional License ID tomorrow at the MARINA Regional Office-NCR may process their application any day within the week starting 23 September 2025.

Regular operations and services will RESUME on Tuesday, 23 September 2025.
