SM ACA Shell Cluster is looking for the following:
1.) ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations
- Manage all functions of accounting activities including daily cash management, weekly payroll entries, payments to various vendors and collections from customers
- Monitor compliance to various government entities such as BIR, SEC, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and others
- Preparation of Financial Statements and other necessary reports
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- 3 yrs. of experience as Accounting Manager
- CPA is an advantage, but not a must
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements and accounting principles
- Meticulous and keen eye for details
- Able to work independently with self-initiative
2.) ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Assist Accounting Manager
- Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and checking of works done by the staffs
- Filing of tax returns to BIR
- Monitor reports and schedules necessary in the preparation of Financial Statement
- Other task that may be assigned by the Accounting Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Familiar with the accounting cycle
- With at least 2 yrs. of relevant experience in financial statements preparation, bookkeeping and filing of tax returns
- Computer literate
- Highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently with self-initiative
