Only the declared driver should operate the vehicle, and do not travel beyond the destination stated in the contract without informing the rental company. Additional charges may apply.

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was handed over. Keep fuel receipts and use only as much as possible the approved fuel stations (Shell, Petron, or Caltex) as required.

Do not smoke inside the vehicle, transport illegal items, drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or use the vehicle for unauthorized commercial purposes. Violations can result in significant fines and legal action.

If an accident occurs, notify the rental company immediately. Even with insurance, you may still need to pay participation fees, repair-related charges, and daily rental fees while the vehicle is being repaired.
