What will happen to all the jeepneys that wouldn't make the cut if the government decides to scrap all traditional jeepneys? That would be an environmental disaster. Imagine the amount of metal and other components to be disposed? Which is why we're looking for ways to lessen that impact. Here we have one of our jeepneys sent to Australia to have it converted into a Full Electric Vehicle to show that it is physically possible to do so. This is the a proof of concept that could give a 2nd life to our traditional jeepneys. The conversion was done by Jaunt and Tembo e-LV.
