PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
This is to officially inform all concerned motorcycle owners of the mandatory reissuance of new assigned motorcycle plates for region 7 under the following categories:
• Motorcycles with temporary plates whose initial registration was in 2017 and below (as indicated in the Certificate of Registration); and
• Motorcycles currently using 7-character plates (e.g., GA 12345 format).
Please visit any of the following LTO offices to claim your new motorcycle plate:

Requirements for Plate Reissuance:
1.) Photocopy of their Certificate of Registration (CR) and Official Receipt (OR) and one (1) valid government-issued ID (present original and submit one photocopy).
1.1.) For 2nd owners (not yet transferred): photocopy of Notarized Deed of Sale and one (1) valid government-issued ID of both vendor and vendee.
1.2.) For authorized representatives: original signed authorization letter from the registered owner and one (1) valid government-issued ID of both the representative and the registered owner (present original and submit one photocopy of each).
1.3.) For company vehicles: original Secretary's Certificate and a photocopy of the authorized representative's ID.
Note: This is only applicable to motorcycles which are registered in LTO Region 7 with MV File No. that starts with "07"
This initiative is in accordance with national plate standardization efforts and aims to ensure accurate registration and identification of motorcycles while also addressing existing backlogs in Region 7.
