Another month, another challenge, and another reason to be grateful. 🙏

To all our wonderful customers who chose and trusted YADEA Team Cordova, thank you so much! 🧡 Every unit sold represents more than just a sale ~ it represents your trust in our team and in the Yadea brand. We truly appreciate every single one of you.

And to my Cordova Team, I am so proud of you! ❤️

We may not have reached 100% of our target, but we achieved 81%, and that is still a BIG achievement. 🎉👏 It didn’t come easily. We know how much effort, time, follow-ups, sleepless nights, and hard work we put in just to reach every customer and every opportunity.

We know we gave our best. And sometimes, even when we give everything we have, things may not happen exactly the way we planned. Maybe there is a reason, and maybe there is something better waiting for us in the next chapter. 🙏

So yes, we will celebrate our 81%! 🎉 Because every achievement deserves to be appreciated, especially when you know how hard you worked for it.

We don’t need everyone to understand or appreciate our celebration. What matters is that we are grateful, we recognize our team’s effort, and we are proud of what we accomplished together. ❤️

There’s nothing wrong with wanting a higher salary. We all have bills to pay, goals to reach, and people to support. 👍🏻

But if the extra money comes with constant stress, disrespect, poor management, no work-life balance, and a workplace that slowly drains you, eventually you have to ask: Is the money worth what it’s costing you?

Of course, not everyone can simply quit. Sometimes you need the income, have responsibilities, or need to secure another opportunity first. And that’s okay. Do what you need to do while working toward something better.

A good workplace should offer more than a paycheck. Fair pay, respect, communication, supportive leadership, reasonable boundaries, and room to grow all matter.

Because at the end of the day, the goal isn’t just to earn more. It’s to build a career that allows you to live well, too. 🙂

You know, sometimes it’s not your job that drains you. It’s people.
Even when you haven’t done anything wrong, there will be people who hate you for no reason.
Someone messaged me and asked, “Sir, what should I do if people keep bullying me, spreading lies about me, and making me look like the villain in the entire neighborhood?”
Imagine this: you’re just minding your own business, avoiding drama, and choosing peace. You unfriend, unfollow, and block them. You pray, “Lord, please remove the hatred from their hearts.”
But despite everything, they keep coming. The insults, the gossip, the lies, and the constant act of playing the victim.
And what happens? You become the bad guy. You become the villain in their story.
It’s exhausting. Mentally and emotionally, it drains you. Sometimes, you even feel like you have no one to turn to.
But here’s the truth: when you’ve done everything you can to be a good person, yet people still try to bring you down, remember that their behavior is not your responsibility.
You are not automatically the villain just because someone paints you that way. You are not weak for choosing peace, and you are not wrong for protecting yourself.
Sometimes, people misunderstand you, and sometimes, they choose to believe stories without knowing the truth. But you don’t have to spend your life explaining yourself to everyone.
Keep your peace. Protect your boundaries. Walk away from unnecessary drama. Pray for them, but never forget to pray for yourself, too.
You deserve a life filled with peace, happiness, and genuine people who bring out the best in you.
And always remember: you don’t need to fight every battle or prove yourself to everyone. Sometimes, the best response is to keep moving forward, grow quietly, and refuse to let other people’s negativity change who you are.
Let them talk. Let them assume. Let them tell their version of the story.
You know your truth, and you know the kind of person you strive to be.
Protect your peace. Keep your heart kind. And never let someone else’s hatred steal the happiness you deserve.

Never lose hope.

Let people have their own opinions about you and your abilities. You may also notice things you could say about them, but sometimes, choosing silence is a sign of maturity and peace. Not everything needs to be answered, and not every situation needs to become an argument.

Remember, life changes, and not every day will be the same. There will be good days and difficult days for everyone.

Always choose humility. Stay kind, stay grounded, and treat others with the same respect you hope to receive.

Tomorrow is another day. Keep a positive heart, look forward to better things, and continue moving ahead no matter what happens.

Surround yourself with people who bring out the good in you—people who appreciate, encourage, and respect others. Life is more meaningful when we choose understanding over negativity and peace over unnecessary conflict.

Stay humble. Stay positive. Keep moving forward. Better days are always ahead. Amen🙏❤️
