Sometimes, the best therapy doesn't cost much—it just takes a full tank of gas, good friends, and the open road.

Today's breakfast ride to Pagudpud with my fellow teachers and riding buddies, Sir Lenin and Sir Glenn, was one for the books. We enjoyed a relaxing ride to Tartarugas Restaurant in Saud, taking in the fresh morning breeze and the beautiful coastal views along the way.
