POSITION : AKEMPCO ACCOUNTING/COMPLIANCE OFFICER

STATUS : FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT

NO. OF VACANCY: 1

ELIGIBILITY :
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Accounting graduate
- 18 years and above
- Male or Female
- Computer literate
- With excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- With pleasing personality
- Able to multi-task
REQUIREMENTS:
- Resume/Biodata with latest 2x2 picture
- Birth certificate/NSO Live Birth Certificate
- Barangay & Police clearance
- School credentials
- With permanent address and contact information
- Knows how to drive
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. prepares monthly financial statements of other businesses of AKEMPCO (Gasoline Station, Grocery, Electrical)
• Prepare trial balance
• Prepare statement of cash flow
• Prepare income statement
• Prepare balance sheet
• Do the monthly schedules as attachment for the financial statement
2. Prepares BIR, SSS, PAG-IBIG, remittances and upload to system
3. Preparation and Upload to BIR eFPS/ offline submission of monthly/ quarterly/ and annual Tax reports
i. Monthly sales and expense report of other businesses of AKEMPCO
4. Monthly reporting of financial statement during board meeting
5. Preparation of BIR 2307 of all applicable payments to supplier
Deadline for submission of intent : June 30, 2023
Date of exam : July 1, 2023 am
Final interview : July 1, 2023 pm
Venue of interview : AKEMPCO Board Room

Upskilling for AKEMPCO Officers!

On-site Training on Aerial Cabling Installation and Maintenance,ODF/Enclosure Installation started today, May 23,2022.

AKEMPCO sent officers Edwin Biocos ,BOD Chairperson and Gary Masigon,Audit Vice Chairperson. On todays session,Fiber optic aereal cabling standards were discussed. They were trained to do cable splicing installation using dome type and inline type closure while in the afternoon session is OLT ONU installation with LCP and NAP installation and testing.
