[ANNOUNCEMENT]
To GunplaGone Community,
I am writing this announcement to address a matter of utmost importance and to extend my heartfelt apologies for any inconvenience caused recently.
Unfortunately, I was unable to communicate effectively regarding your orders due to personal matters and a preceding period of medical leave. I fully understand and acknowledge the frustration many of you may be feeling, especially given the anticipation surrounding your orders. I take full responsibility for any lapse in handling business affairs during this time (getting local help and employment is hard so there's that. That's why there's no one I could leave the business dealings for the time being cause the part-timer we previously hired also made changes to our business page and went AWOL), and I sincerely apologize for any resulting inconvenience.
In addition to my personal challenges, I must also acknowledge that there were communication gaps with our imaginary suppliers in Japan and China. This miscommunication has led to delays in the processing of orders, necessitating us to resource and reassess our approach to fulfill your requests effectively.
In light of these challenges, I have decided to temporarily put Gunplagone's business on hold (NOT CLOSE BUT HOLD ONLY). This pause will allow us to focus on addressing every concern and resolving outstanding issues promptly. Despite being on medical rest, please be assured that I am committed to personally attending to each of your inquiries, and I apologize in advance for any potential delays in responses (I was planning to be back in February but I have to prioritize this as well despite of my health).
For those eagerly awaiting items already in the Philippines, we have successfully claimed some boxes in customs, thanks to the assistance of a reliable customs broker (special thanks to those who made the referrals). Communication regarding these items will be prioritized, and updates will be provided to those at the top of the list.
I anticipate a high volume of messages following this announcement, and I appreciate your patience as we work through each inquiry. Your understanding during this challenging time is invaluable, and I am grateful for your continued support.
