-DRIVERS WHO ARE EMPLOYED OR UNEMPOLYED
-DRIVERS WHO KNOWS THE BASIC DRIVING SKILLS

Requirements need to comply(ASAP):
*Filled up Application (provided by ROADE)
*Photocopy of Birth Certificate
*Certificate of Employment COE (if employed)
*Barangay Certification for Unemployed (to certify that you are already a driver)
*Photocopy of Drivers License
*2pcs. Passport size picture (chemical based with collar)
*Self Assessment Guide(SAG)-c/o ROADE
