π APPRECIATION POST: FREE TDC IN TANJAY CITY π

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to the incredible individuals and partners who made the Free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) a great success in celebration of Road Safety Month. With almost 100 enthusiastic participants, this 2-day training helped promote safer roads and proper driving education in our community.
This meaningful event was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Local Government Unit of Tanjay, LTO Region 7, and the Western Visayas Driving Institute Corporation.
π Asec. Vigor Mendoza II, LTO Chief β For his nationwide campaign to improve driver education and road safety, which empowers local communities like ours to hold free, accessible learning events.
π Executive Director Ed Pua, LTO β For his strategic leadership and direction in reinforcing LTO-accredited training programs across the country.
π Hon. Mayor Jose Orlino β The heart of this initiative. It was through his leadership and direct request to LTO that this activity was brought to Tanjay. His commitment to public service and road safety reflects his genuine care for the welfare of his constituents.
π Director Glen Galario (LTO-7) β Provided full support and approval for the conduct of the Free TDC. His trust in local driving schools and LGUs enabled this event to happen smoothly and in full compliance with LTO standards.
π Mr. Joel Maloloy-on, Chairman of Accredited Driving Schools β Took the lead in coordinating between all parties involved. His initiative helped align the objectives of the LGU, LTO, and WVDI, ensuring the program's success from planning to ex*****on.
π Ms. Lanie Sinco, Chief of LTO Bais β Although she was unable to attend due to prior commitments, her dedication was evident through her proactive decision to send a representative to support the program.
π Mr. Eduardo Adalid, Representative of LTO Bais β Delivered an inspiring message on behalf of Ms. Sinco, emphasizing the importance of proper driver education before license acquisition. His presence highlighted LTOβs commitment to road safety and proper training.
π Mr. Gene Deygabi, Accredited Instructor of WVDI β Conducted the full TDC lecture. With his strong grasp of traffic rules and effective teaching style, he helped participants understand the responsibilities that come with driving. His lecture covered defensive driving, road courtesy, traffic signs, and lawsβproviding solid foundations for aspiring drivers.
π Ms. Daphnee Anne Jadia, Branch Manager β WVDI Dumaguete β The lead organizer and point person for this activity. From logistics, document coordination, communication with LTO and LGU, to on-site supervisionβher effort and leadership ensured the success of the event from start to finish.
π Mr. Martin Gellecanao β Assisted in the facilitation of activities throughout the 2-day event. His hands-on supportβfrom registration, crowd management, and technical setupβplayed a vital role in maintaining smooth operations.
π Ms. Elvie Sarrosa, General Manager β WVDI Corporation β Provided full organizational support. Her vision to bring accessible, quality driving education to local communities has been a constant driving force behind initiatives like this.
π Ms. Zalilang Dagodog Head of TMO Tanjay β Acted as a crucial link between the LGU, LTO, and WVDI. She handled local coordination, ensured the venue was ready, and mobilized the TMO team to assist with logistics and local engagement.
This event is a shining example of what can be accomplished when public and private sectors work hand-in-hand for the good of the community. We are proud to have helped equip future drivers with the knowledge they need to become safe, responsible, and law-abiding motorists.

The course, which normally costs β±1,000 per participant, was offered at absolutely no costβan act of true service and compassion.
