Dear parkers,
Please note our schedule for the solemn days of Holy Week. We will be open every day except Good Friday. Cars left overnight on and prior to Thursday can be collected when we re-open on Saturday.

Office/Administrative services will be closed from Holy Thursday to Easter Sunday, so expect delays and responses for Facebook messages and monthly card renewals.

A gentle reminder that Pavilium does not require nor does it take reservations for slots. We have more than ample parking spaces to accommodate vehicles.

Pavilium Parkade is now open UP TO 10pm every day. This means longer and more flexible hours for those coming downtown to shop, eat, or even those sight-seeing at the boulevard and nearby places.

Aside from day and night walk-in parkers, we also accept overnighters who plan to stay with us short term (a few days) or long-term (multiple days, to weeks or months).

To our valued parkers,
For those shopping at our partner establishments, please don't forget to claim your "free 2-hour parking coupon" at their service or information counters, following any terms and conditions that they may require (such as a minimum purchase).

Our cashiers will only accept parking coupons in lieu of (full or partial) payment, with each parking transaction limited to 1 coupon redemption.

You may inquire with the listed establishment for information and their T&C.

We will be open to serve you this All Saints and All Souls weekend, following our regular hours.

Our admin/back office however will be closed. Expect response delays if messaging our page. Monthly car and motorcycle renewals and applications will be accepted at the cashier booth but will not be processed until after the holiday weekend.

First time parking at Pavilium? No problemo. Here's a quick reference for where to park once you're inside.

The RED ZONE, or the inner ramp area, is allocated for small and compact cars.
The BLUE ZONE, or the outer ramp area, is allocated for larger cars or those with cargo beds. It has a longer length space.

Parking properly ensures other vehicles and drivers a clean line of sight when they are coming up and down the ramp, or when making turns. If your front tires or the nose of your car goes over the zone lines, then it is too long for the red zone.

We encourage parkers to park in the right zones/spaces, and before leaving your vehicle to check that you are not going over the lines.

We are testing out our new hours, which means we are OPEN LONGER every day, even on Sundays. Our parking facility accepts walk-in day or evening parkers, overnight (or multi-night) parkers, and even short to longer term parkers.
