1945. Guanzon was founded in Dagupan City as a hardware store selling kalesa (horse cart) spare parts

1964. Guanzon inked a deal with Mariwasa Distributors Inc. It started selling Honda Motorcycles and became the pioneer Honda dealer in Dagupan City

1975. Guanzon introduced Suzuki motorcycles in its inventories

1993. Guanzon branched out into the automotive business with its partnership with Honda Cars in Calasiao, Pangasinan

1998. United Excelsior Marketing Inc., the first multi-brand motorcycle shop was established. This year also marked Guanzon’s venture into the mobile phone business with a store in Dagupan City. The same year also saw another venture in the automotive industry—a partnership Nissan Cars Pangasinan with the store located in Calasiao, Pangasinan

2003. Motorcentrum Corporation was established

2005. Guanzon inaugurated its Manila Office at 259 Roosevelt Ave., Brgy. San Antonio, Quezon City.

2007. Guanzon opened a new partnership with Yamaha Motor Philippines

2008. Guanzon inked yet another partnership with Kawasaki Motor (Phil.) Corporation

2010. Guanzon launched the “G-Card” program for its loyal clients

2011. Guanzon opened 7 motorcycle branches and 4 mobile phone branches in Luzon

2012. Guanzon opened 10 more motorcycle branches—including the its Iloilo branch and an additional 6 more mobile phone branches. In April 2012, Guanzon opened Suzuki Cars located in Calasiao, Pangasinan

2013. Guanzon opened more Yamaha shops—UEMI Calasiao and UEMI Bayambang in Pangasinan. As part of its corporate social responsibility, Guanzon participated in the Bangus Festival in Dagupan City in partnership with Yamaha & Suzuki Phils.
