Since the launch of the Toyota Tamaraw in December 2024, it has captured 36% of the pure commercial vehicle market, claiming the top spot in the light CV segment.

In 2025, Toyota recorded its highest-ever Completely Knocked-Down (CKD) model production volume at 63,803 units. These CKD models, which include the Vios, Innova, and the Tamaraw, have all driven employment and localization in the automotive industry’s value chain.

The record-setting CKD model production has seen Toyota generate P283 billion in economic value in 2025 alone, including over P43 billion in taxes and duties.

Toyota also contributed significantly to the country’s exports, generating around $1 billion in export sales in 2025, or around 27% of the country’s total automotive parts exports.
