ATTENTION TO ALL GATEWAY MOTORS CLIENTS‼️
LTO plates of vehicles registered from MARCH 2017 to JULY 2018 will have a MASS DISTRIBUTION starting February 27, 2019 at Gateway Nissan SM Seaside SHOWROOM for 1 MONTH!!!

Distribution of the plates will start from 10AM to 8PM at Gateway Nissan - SM Seaside (Mountain Wing)

Please check the dates on your CR. (Check the sample OR and CR below; The encircled one in red ink.)

Please bring the following requirements to claim your plate numbers:

Registered owner:
- original or photocopy of your OR/CR (if unit is encumbered, only provide the encumbered OR/CR)
- photocopy of any one (1) government issued ID with signature

Representative (if owner is not available):
- original or photocopy of the OR/CR (if unit is encumbered, only provide the encumbered OR/CR)
- photocopy of any one (1) government issued ID of the owner with signature
- Authorization Letter
- ID of the authorized person

Company owned:
- original or photocopy of the OR/CR (if unit is encumbered, only provide the encumbered OR/CR)
- photocopy of any one (1) government issued ID of the owner of the company with signature
- company ID
- authorization letter from the company/owner

Second Owner:
- original or photocopy of the OR/CR (if already transferred to the new owner)
- photocopy of any one (1) government issued ID of the owner with signature

If not yet transferred to the name of the second owner:
- original or photocopy of the OR/CR (previous registered name)
- photocopy of any one (1) government issued ID of the new owner with signature
- DEED of SALE

Reminders:

Motor vehicles registered before JUNE 2016 are still on hold due to COA's disallowance.
