Standard Insurance Advisory for Motorcar Policyholders Affected by Typhoon Tino ๐ฃ
To all our valued customers whose vehicles may have sustained damage or flooding during Typhoon Tino, please be guided by the procedures outlined in this advisory. If your car has been flooded, disconnect the battery terminal and avoid starting the engine to prevent further damage. Notify us immediately of any incident involving flood loss or damage within seven (7) days from the date of occurrence so we can promptly assign our in-house motorcar adjusters to assess your vehicle.
For towing assistance, you may reach our Roadside Assistance team at (02) 8845-1111. We will transport your vehicle to one of our accredited repair shops or car dealers for proper handling.
As part of your claims process, kindly submit the required documents to any of our branches or tie-up dealers. You may also opt to file your claim online through our official website at www.standard-insurance.com by selecting the โFile a Claimโ option.
