Cause : preliminary check visual and operational engine idler pulley alternator pulley crankshaft pulley drive belt tensioner pulley all ok , perform visual check drive belt found out drive belt defective

Customer concern: engine won't start

Cause : preliminary check visual and operational supply of fuel theirs supply of fuel ok, check ignition system theirs ignite both spark plugs ok,check engine timing found out incorrect engine timing cause of lost compression

Correction : perform engine re timing, perform check intake valve and exhaust valve clearance using feeler gauge.

Customer concern: engine won't start

Cause: preliminary check visual and operational supply of fuel theirs a supply of fuel ok, check DTC using scan tool no DTC found, conduct check timing belt found out timing belt damage timing belt tensioner stacked up, cause intake valve damage exhaust valve damage lost compression.

Correction: need to top overhual ,need to replace cylinder head gasket ,need to replace valve seal,need to replace camshaft oil seal front and rear, need to replace timing belt and timing belt tensioner. Problem solved👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ salamat sa pag salig boss👍👍👍
