Join our growing team and be part of building high-quality boats!

📌 Qualifications:

✅ High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational/Technical Course in Electrical Technology or a related field
✅ With experience as an electrician (marine or industrial experience is an advantage)
✅ Knowledgeable in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair
✅ Can read and interpret electrical diagrams and wiring schematics
✅ Familiar with the proper use of electrical tools and testing equipment
✅ Physically fit and willing to work in a boatyard environment
✅ Hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

🔧 Responsibilities:
🔹Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring and systems on boats.
🔹Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment issues.
🔹Install electrical components such as lights, batteries, switches, circuit breakers, pumps, and navigation equipment.
🔹Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
🔹Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
🔹Test and inspect completed electrical installations before vessel delivery.
🔹Maintain electrical tools and equipment in good working condition.
🔹Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure timely project completion.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
✅ High school graduate or vocational graduate is an advantage
✅ With experience in fiberglass finishing, sanding, polishing, or related work is preferred
✅ Knowledgeable in using hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment
✅ Physically fit and capable of handling manual work
✅ Detail-oriented with the ability to produce quality workmanship
✅ Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
✅ Willing to render overtime when needed
✅ Can work independently and as part of a team
✅ Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn

Key Responsibilities:

🔹Operate and maintain hand tools and finishing equipment properly
🔹Follow safety procedures and company quality standards at all times
🔹Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
🔹Assist in production and other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
🔹Ensure all finished products are completed on time and according to specifications
🔹Report damaged tools, equipment issues, or production concerns immediately
Work closely with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
