One of the ways to fight corruption in our country is to divide the Department of Public Works and Highway into three namely: DPWH Luzon, DPWH Visayas and DPWH Mindanao. The head of the DPWH in each of the three islands must have unquestioned integrity and the head is recommended by the people to the President. The head of the DPWH in each island must announced clearly all the approved works and the budget therein to the people in the island before starting the works.

Presently most of our elected officials and appointed ones are doing corrupt acts which made our people poor, hungry and unrducated. Erap during his time described corruption as present over the table, under the table and all the table. Now 40 years has passed it is all overthe house; from top to bottom.
Do you have ideas how to solve corruption?


Corruption in the Philippine started during the time when the Philippines was under slavery by the Spaniards. All Filipinos were slave and most of the time they were. poor, no money and their families were hungry most of the time.

Good day to all my friends. I hope you are having the best in life despite of this covid 19 situation. I have some ideas herein regarding how to do something during this time; for the good of all to wit:
1. According to the medical groups of Israel, saline helped them detect the presence of corona virus on the patients under their testings.
I have observed also that persons living near the seashores are not victims of the covid 19. Why don"t we study Covid by taking a bath in our sea waters; say, two times a week., or by using small amount of salt water during our daily bathes and observe the results. Lets try this ; we have nothing to lost.
2. Our next election is going near and coming and as usual we will experience vote buying and see dynasty enthusiast.
We know that this people still wants the position and they will spend and spend to buy the votes. In this case, winners were chosen by the power of money; not with the blessings of God. We knew that poor candidates but qualified has no chance to win as many of our voters sell their votes for money; the thing they immediately need as many of them are poor and ignorant and disregard the laws of our country and that of God.
To remove this problems of vote buying and prevent dynasties, let us change our election laws from this present set up to a kind of raffle; where God has to help us choose our leaders.
Candidates who are poor but qualified are all welcome to participate provided they have the recommendations from civic, professional, religious , farmers and similar organizations. Once they have the recommendations, the voters select them via voting on who will be included in the raffles.. Results of raffles means the final winner/s. is/are chosen. For example if 50 candidates are recommended to be selected as a a mayor on certain place, the voters select/vote only three candidates to be included in the raffle ( i.e., double the position plus one( mayor is one, double it = 2 and plus one , then it will be three all in all.) Then the three will be raffled to know the one and final winner. The Commission on Elections will still take charge on and this kind of elections.
Congress should make new election laws to make our coming elections honest, credible, free of vote buying with Gods participation in determining our new leaders. Let us try this kind of election for the good of all. If you like this idea, spread it. friends.

Suggestions ON HOW TO MAKE our COUNTRY solved our covid 19 problems , our economy and other important problems of the Country.

1. Let us unite and focus our love to the three big Islands, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, (LVM), Put your to the Island where you are staying/living. . It is easy for the inhabitants of each Island to help his Island grew great. They inhabitants are near each to other and can easily share their efforts’ They understand each other easily as they are “neighbors, ” but they must not forget their love to his mother country, the Philippines.
2. Pres. Duterte should appoint somebody to manage and solve the problems on each of the three Islands. The appointee is to be called the Assistant President . The matters under his office will be the following.
a. Health
b. Food production
c. Public works
D. Put up Supreme court office in each Island
E. Have Army for each island
f. Have a Trade and Commerce office in each Island
g. Eliminate graft and corruption by studying death penalty
which is practice in other countries.

g. Housing , a home for every family

Charter change, not needed for the moment. What we do is review our 1987 constitution and make necessary amendments on the selection of our leaders, allocation of tax and resources and mode of tax collections. The ff r recommended.

1. Change our. love of our country Like that of how we Love our mother. Philippines is our mother country.

2. Change Our present ways of selecting leaders. Let there be many participating Candidates , rich or poor on any position ; who will spent not more than 2000 pesos as filing fee. Each Candidate is to be endorsed by at least 12 citizens or ngo to the screening board composed of ngo and learned people in the community. The screening board select as many qualified candidates for each position. The
board presents the candidates to the people for their prayers . After one month of pryer, the board select the Approved candidates via bible style of selection; raffle.

3. Our tax resources will be Change to pahat2 system for Luzon , VISAYAS and Mindanao. Each island has a budget commissioner who will be via no 2 above .

4. Reform the collections of taxes. There be no more examination of books of accounts of the taxpayers . Lets have fixed tax system based on expected income or zonal values of the place of business.
People has to pay and watch their taxes. A law has to be passed and approved to punish person of death penalty on cases of 50,000.00 worth of malversation .

As a concerned citizen of the land, I wish to suggest to you the following for EASY TRAFFICE FOR ALL

Roads are primarily built for passage of vehicles. Like wise vehicles are built for hauling of people and goods. Presently our roads can not accommodate all vehicles to travel at the same time. We experienced traffic jams and problems. To solve our traffic problems, it is then reasonable to assign vehicles to travel or use some specified roads at a certain hour of the day to service students, employees, etc for them to be on time on their studies and works.
To solve our traffic problems, I am recommending the following :
1. There will be no parking of vehicles in all roads from 6 am to 10 pm
on working and school days.
2. The following vehicles are the only vehicles allowed to use the major and secondary roads during working and school days; the other vehicles to use other tertiary roads to wit:
During the morning:
Public vehicles …….6.01 am to 8.00 am
Private vehicles 8.01 am to 10.00 am
Business/service……10.01 am to 11.00 am
All vehicles ………... 11.01 am to 4.00 pm

During afternoon
Public Vehicles ,,,,,, 4.01 pm to 6.oo pm
Private Vehicles …… 6.01 pm to to 8.00 pm
Business/Service vehicles …. 8.01pm to 9.01 pm
All vehicles …………..9.01 pm to 4 am next day

Note:
1. Vehicles for emergencies and peace controls are exempted.

3. Sellers of vehicles are required to put up parking spaces for the sold vehicles in partnership with LGU
