Kabilang sa mga tinalakay ang BLOWBAGETS inspection, pagpapalit ng gulong, change oil, at iba pang mahahalagang kaalaman upang matiyak ang kaligtasan at kahandaan ng sasakyan sa kalsada.

Nagpaunlak si Deputy Provincial Officer PLT Eddie F. Ballog ng Quirino Provincial Highway Patrol Team bilang Resource Speaker sa isinagawang Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) ng S2 Driving Tutorial, na inisyatibo ng FSRAP Quirino Province Chapter – Region 2.

Isinagawa ang nasabing aktibidad bilang bahagi ng patuloy na kampanya para sa mas ligtas at responsableng pagmamaneho sa lalawigan ng Quirino. Tinalakay ni PLT Ballog ang mahahalagang paksa ukol sa batas trapiko, road safety awareness, tamang asal ng mga motorista, at ang papel ng bawat isa sa pagpapanatili ng kaayusan sa lansangan.
