QUALIFICATIONS:
STORE SUPERVISOR
As a store supervisor, you are at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence within the branch, mainly focusing on supervising and monitoring the branch, employees, sales, and marketing.
β A graduate of business administration, marketing, sales, or any related field
β With 2 years or more of working experience, being in the selling or retail industry is an advantage.
β At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity focused on sales and team leadership
β Proficient in using the MS Office suite
β Highly motivated with a strong desire to hit the target sales
SALES ASSOCIATE
As a sales associate, your job is to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction because you are primarily in charge of executing the sales process from customer interaction to finalizing transactions while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
β A graduate of business, marketing, sales, or any related field
β At least 6 months of sales or trade marketing experience, preferably in a retail sales environment and/or in the motorcycle industry.
β Has sales and marketing experiences
β Preferably with a driverβs license.
β Customer and service orientated with good communication skills
PARTS IN-CHARGE
Take a move with us as one of our parts in-charge. Being a parts in-charge, you are responsible for managing and distributing motorcycle parts and accessories within the company.
β At least a high school or vocational course graduate
β At least 6 months of experience as a warehouse in-charge or parts in-charge
β With an NC II Automotive Small Engine certificate, it is an advantage.
β With driverβs license (Restriction Code 1, 2)
β With basic parts knowledge and basic operation of motorcycles
BRANCH MECHANIC
Ignite your skills as our branch mechanic. Our branch mechanics are responsible for the repair, troubleshooting, and PMS of motorcycles through basic problem diagnosis. Also, they ensure that our motorcycles pass quality standards prior to release to the customer.
β At least a high school or vocational course graduate
β At least 1 year of relevant experience in the motorcycle field as a mechanic
β With an NC II Automotive Small Engine certificate, it is an advantage.
β With driverβs license (Restriction Code 1, 2)
β Knowledgeable in motorcycle parts and their functions
β Customer and service orientated
