2011 Ford Expedition V8 💪

The vehicle was reported with a no-crank, no-start condition. Upon inspection we found that the PCM had suffered water intrusion, leading to internal corrosion and complete module failure.

Since a replacement PCM still needed to be ordered, the vehicle was towed to the client’s residence for temporary storage and safety.

After a replacement PCM was installed, the engine remained immobilized. To restore proper operation, we performed the required programming and security procedures:

✅ PCM Reprogramming
✅ PATS Parameter Reset
✅ Key Reprogramming
✅ System Validation

Once these steps were completed, the engine started normally and all systems were fully restored. ⚙️🔧

Upon inspection, our diagnostic assessment revealed a fuel leak originating from the fuel pump housing, which caused the strong gasoline odor and v***r buildup.

The issue was promptly identified and addressed, preventing further risk and ensuring the safety of the owner. ⚙️💨

The owner reported a persistent battery drain issue, even after multiple battery replacements. The root cause remained undetected until the vehicle was brought to us for a detailed inspection.

🔧 Performed Services:
✅ Full electrical system inspection for possible grounded wiring
✅ Battery charging and cranking test
✅ Full system scan and BCM (Body Control Module) analysis

Upon diagnosis, we discovered that the BCM was keeping the vehicle awake due to a faulty backdoor sensor, which led us to identify a malfunctioning power backdoor mechanism.

After addressing the issue, the system returned to normal operation — eliminating the parasitic drain and restoring proper power management. ⚙️🔋

The vehicle had been unused for several months, resulting in multiple system malfunctions and complete immobilization. Upon inspection, we found:
❌ Stuck-up brakes preventing the vehicle from moving
❌ VGRS (Variable Gear Ratio Steering) malfunction causing the front wheels not to turn
❌ Air suspension system completely inoperative

✅ VGRS calibration for the steering lock mechanism Insertion
