Sales & Operations Officer

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to help convert online inquiries into confirmed service bookings while supporting the branch's day-to-day operations.
Primary Responsibilities
โข Convert Facebook, Messenger, and other online inquiries into confirmed service bookings.
โข Respond promptly to customer inquiries and prepare accurate service quotations.
โข Follow up on leads and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
โข Coordinate with technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
โข Process customer payments and maintain accurate sales records.
โข Coordinate with suppliers and manage automotive parts orders.
โข Assist with office administration, payroll, attendance monitoring, and other HR-related tasks.
Preferred Skills
โข Experience creating simple social media posts, photos, or short-form videos.
โข Basic knowledge of Facebook and social media marketing.
Qualifications
โข Excellent communication and customer service skills.
โข Sales-oriented with the ability to build rapport and convert inquiries into sales.
โข Pleasant and professional personality with a customer-focused attitude.
โข Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
โข Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
โข Willing to learn about automotive repair and maintenance.
