IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL CLIENTS
RFID / Easytrip Loading & Refunds
Please be advised that we will no longer extend our services for RFID / Easytrip balance checking, loading, and refunds.
As a car rental operator, our responsibility is to ensure that each vehicle in our fleet is equipped with a properly installed RFID, and we have fully complied with this requirement.
Reasons for this policy update:
β’ Some clients fail to pay for errors such as entering cash lanes and exiting through RFID lanes, resulting in negative balances and βfurthest boothβ charges. These penalties are billed to the registered vehicle owner, not the renter.
β’ We continue to encounter issues with RFID loading and refund processing, as these are system-generated and handled by third-party operators. We have no direct access to these systems, and balances are often not updated in real time.
β’ Discrepancies between used and unused RFID balances have caused repeated concerns beyond our control.
Client Reminder:
We strongly encourage all renters to take note of the RFID account number and load only the exact estimated toll amount based on your travel itinerary.
