Expression of Interest (EOI) for Operating Coffee Shop and Catering Services
PNG Power Limited is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced operators to run a newly built coffee shop and provide catering services to the staff at our headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual or company to partner with PNG Power Limited in delivering high-quality food and beverage services.

Location: PNG Power Limited Headquarters, Port Moresby
Scope of Services:
1. Operate the newly built coffee shop at PNG Power Limited.
2. Provide catering services for staff events, meetings, and daily needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in operating coffee shops and providing catering services.
• Strong commitment to quality and customer service.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Capability to manage and deliver services in a busy, corporate environment.
• Excellent business management and financial stability.
Submission Requirements:
Interested parties are required to submit the following documents:
1. IPA Business/Company Certificate
2. TIN Certificate (IRC)
3. IRC COC or Tax Exemption Letter from IRC
4. Company profile or resume, highlighting relevant experience.
5. Detailed proposal outlining the approach to operating the coffee shop and providing catering services.
6. Menu samples with pricing.
7. References from previous or current clients.
8. Any additional information that supports the EOI.
Terms and Conditions:
• The successful candidate will enter into a tenancy agreement with PNG Power Limited.
• All terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement will apply.
• PNG Power Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any EOI without providing reasons.
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to present their proposal in person.
