With moving to the traffic light system, we will be operating very much the same as we have been at Level 2.

We ask that you scan the Covid Tracer app or fill in our tracing register upon arrival and wear a mask at all times while on our premises.

Our team are all double vaxxed but if you are feeling unwell or have any Covid like symptoms, please phone to reschedule your booking.

We ask that, as per our current Health and Safety policy, you do not enter our premises any further than the reception area and that you take note of the signage displayed.

COVID 19 UPDATE - ALERT LEVEL 3

Hi everyone, we hope you and your families are surviving Lockdown OK.

We will be opening on Wednesday 1st September once we move to Alert Level 3. We will have strict Health and Safety procedures and protocols in place so that we meet the criteria in order for us to operate. We ask that you please co-operate with these requirements to ensure everyone's safety and protection.

Just a few things that we will be asking of you, as our customers, are:

- please ring or email us to make a booking, please do not arrive as we will not be able to book you in face to face.
- please remove all personal effects ie: clothing, shoes etc from the inside of your vehicle before you arrive for your appointment as we will be sanitising the inside of your vehicle, before we can perform any work on it.
- we will not be able to drop you to work or home while your vehicle is booked in for servicing. We can arrange to collect your vehicle from you within the Whakatane area.
- we ask that you please only leave us with your 1 car key, and that this is posted through the dropbox in the office door at dropoff.

In the meantime, feel free to call us on 307 0596 anytime to make a booking or if you have had any vehicle issues over the past few weeks, that you need addressed.
