You all already know Iām not good with public speaking or standing in front of a crowd trying to explain how I feel. So here it is in writingā¦ & even this doesn't come close to how you have all made me feel... trust ill go to war for each and everyone of you š¤
This message is for every single person who stood by me and made FDās first ever track day a reality. š
First Jaz... The Rock šŖØ of my foundation & my support piller whos kept me grounded... I know im unpredictable & make some ridiculous decisions on the flip of a coin šŖ! But shes always stood by even if iv woken up hooked up my trailer at midnight & booked a 3am ferry of too Christchurch on a mission & her waking up too ... where the f**k are you !!!! š³ lol ! š¤ sometimes spending every last dollar in our bank account on a split decision! But never questioned me only supported... Thank you
The Struggles & Sacrifice
What you see todayāthis company, this event, this āsuccessāāit didnāt come easy.
It came from being knocked down more times than I can count. From people not believing in me, questioning my morals, and even turning their backs. It came from sleepless nights, 18-hour days, running on 3ā4 hours of sleep, and pushing through when my body had nothing left.
There were nights where dinner didnāt happen until 11 pm or midnight, or not at all. Times I had only enough money for a 6-inch sub sandwich, but told Jaz it was a footlong so she wouldnāt worry about me being hungry. Only to find out later she was doing the sameāsacrificing for us to survive.
There were weeks where the bank account was empty because every cent I had went into tools or pre-paying for parts. Where I questioned myself, wondering if Iād made the right choice, wondering if Iād survive another hit. š«“
I was told over and over to āstop doing jobs for nothing,ā āstop helping people who couldnāt pay upfront,ā because what if they never came back? And yeahāsome didnāt. But I refused to let the bad ones stop me from helping the good ones. Today, those same people I helped are my most loyal customers.
Thatās how Forged Development was builtānot from money or luck, but from sacrifice, stubbornness, loyalty, and a belief that helping people would always come back around.

Became a company in March 2012āno cards, no website, no advertising. Just me, my tools, and word of mouth.
Fast forward, and today Forged Development is trusted by database of customers & Protecta, MBI, Assurant & Provident insurance.....................................................

To my teamāJaz, Bevan, Avi, Bhavin, Aaron, Shana, Preet, Sonesh, Hiral, Rohan, Mehul, Sumi, Deepana, Ryan, Sada, & our newest addition Beni.
Specifically Bruce & Mikes unwavering loyalty and Mikeās rock-solid backbone, our companies would not stand where they are today. These two arenāt just part of the team ā they are the very pillars of our growth, trust, and support. The skills, knowledge, and experience they bring to the table are second to none, and we are all so lucky to have them in our corner. Mike continues to be the backbone that holds everything together, and Bruce, whose religious loyalty to me has never wavered, with Bruce joining partnership with me and Jaz in our new business, Allfab ā a move that shows just how much trust and belief he has in what weāre building together. Simply put, Bruce and Mike are not just assetsā¦ they are family, and the biggest reasons our companies keep moving forward. šŖ
Youāve all been my army. Every time we take on something, we go from individuals to a unit, and then into a force. You give it everything, and thatās what makes us different.
To my parentsāboth dads and both mumsā¦ your love, guidance, and trust is the foundation of everything. Without you, the thought would have never even turned into an idea. š«“
The biggest thanks of all goes to youāand to Sonal, my sisterāfor always believing, even when all I had was a dream, empty pockets, and a head full of stubbornness. Thank you for trusting me & giving me the opportunity to make you all proud š¤²
The Outcome
Together, we created something from nothing. That something gave us more than a companyāit gave us lifelong friends and family.
Our first ever event was a sellout, max capacity. A yearās worth of planning, sleepless nights, and sacrificesāand we did it.
Special thanks to Sumi, Deepana Bhavin & ofcourse Jaz for the behind-the-scenes fine-tuning that kept this whole ship steady.
āØ A Moment to Acknowledge āØ
Someone from our team whom carried a very big role behind this entire eventāwithout hesitation, without questionāpulled himself from attending, so he could stand beside Eeshaās family in their hardest time.
That single act says everything about what Forged Development Family truly is. Itās not just about cars, projects, or destinations. Itās about the journey, about who we are along the way, about how many people we lift up, support, and stand beside when it matters most.
He not only did his partāhe made it possible for the rest of the crew to carry out the very first Forged Development Track 2025, held in honor and memory of Kishan Patel.
He reminded us all that the greatest wins arenāt measured in trophies or timesātheyāre measured in loyalty, sacrifice, and being there for each other. That is the backbone of Forged Development.
