Not someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day.
We want a hands on leader who can bring a team together and help them thrive.
As our new Branch Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Auckland site, supporting apprentices, backing our seasoned technicians, keeping production on track, and making sure the branch runs smoothly day to day. You’ll lead toolbox talks, encourage honest feedback, and take ownership of the branch’s performance.
You’ll also play a huge part in building the culture; keeping the workplace positive, safe, and genuinely enjoyable. And yes, you’ll have full support from our Directors and leadership team. 👍
We’re keen to talk to you if you:
✅ Have experience leading teams in busy industries (manufacturing, logistics, retail, etc.)
✅ Understand the story behind the numbers
✅ Stay calm and consistent under pressure
✅ Care about people, development, and work life balance
✅ Are legally entitled to work in NZ
