Earlier this week we had a call regarding a W204 Mercedes-Benz not starting.
Key would turn in the ignition switch but no dash lights and no start.
Well know issue the electronic steering lock had failed, quick home visit & an hour later the Mercedes-Benz had an exchange steering lock fitted & programmed with our 2 year warranty.

We had the pleasure of getting this ML350CDI back to its former glory.
Vehicle was booked in to inspect an oil leak, on inspection we found the oil cooler seals had failed.
All seals & gaskets replaced where necessary and a good clean and the ML is running perfectly.
We were also asked to bring the yellowing headlights back to life with our refinishing & uv coating with a 3 year warranty.

Client had their ML towed in not being able to engage any gears. After diagnosing we found the ISM had failed. We supplied, programmed & fitted a replacement part and gave it our headlight refinishing with our 3 year warranty.

We had the pleasure of working on this pristine C63 this week. Client called in with a rattle on cold start, quick scan confirmed the camshaft adjusters were faulty. This beauty was treated to a full set of our NZ made camshaft adjuster repair kit, gaskets and a set set of spark plugs.
After the repair this C63 started right up with no rattling.

Customer came in with orange engine warning lamp on, we diagnosed the fault and with a new DPF sensor fitted this motorhome is running great again. We also refurbished the headlights with no mess and a 3 year warranty.
