New update on the diagnostic tool! ⚡️

I am now able to provide a full diagnostic report via email.
Allowing owners and operators to take things into their own control and see visually what’s going on with the truck or heavy machine.

Any faults, your able to open the sub menu and visually see the fault code and parameters 😎

Good job for Tractor Repairs & Spares. 🚜

New Massey Ferguson tractor was on the menu for some hungry rats, on a farm in Cable Bay.

With it being a new Tractor, replacement harnesses aren’t available.

So an hour was all I needed to repair several wires and a whole new Injector #2 harness and terminals. ⚡️

Busy day, over 12 phone calls, half a dozen jobs done, but highlight was this rock drill mast for RockControl.

Had a call for an urgent diagnose and repair for this machine, which had no operation leaving the operators at a standstill.

Travelled from a job I was already at in tadmor valley and head straight out to Atawhai.

I had the machine diagnosed, repaired and running within 70minutes.

Operators straight back into work and deadlines will be met!

Been a good hectic week -

Ranging from diagnostic and repairs on a 3T forklift, Dual RT install , a central locking/door ajar alarm and toolbox light install and right into a starting a custom harness for a Sumitomo digger - with all sorts of call outs in between!

Tail Trip wire up on a Fuso Tipper ⚡️

Becoming a requirement for alot of heavy duty trucks.

Custom harness, mounted a NPN inductive proximity sensor and ran all the way to a cab. Triggered when tail trips are down and sounds a buzzer with flashing light.

Safe as houses.

Now this is abit different!

Call out to Riwaka apple farm for a platform lift not working. Bit of diag and repair and it’s back to work.

PK12.501 wired up on a Fuso FV430 via 13pin plug - allows crane to be demountable, and tipper to be put back on.

Also includes Start, Stop functions and wiring and relays completed for RPM function.
