What’s the NZ government’s policy to help very sick Cancer sufferers get the right and proper treatments for the major kinds of cancer like brain tumours and colon cancers?
Nothing! They just have to leave the magical word ‘ APPROVED for the sole benefit of Pharmac and message to save huge dollars in profits, let hard working kiwi’s suffer in lots pain and possible death when these right drugs are freely available especially in Australia where they can be given on public NHS service at no costs or further suffering to especially grade 4 cancer diagnosed patients! Come on National honour your campaign promises to help znZ cancer sufferers! The right and best possible way.

Tribute to a great New Zealand legend! I was so so saddened to hear that a close friend and NZ Marine industry icon, Barry Thompson passed away last Friday. Editor of Pacific Powerboat magazine and former World champion powerboat racer back in 1986, he will be so sorely missed by us all at Grady-White Boats NZ.
He was a great friend and supporter to us all and we wish his lovely wife Soraja and his family our best tinged with our sadness losing one of the Marine industries greats who was involved with the successful Hutchwilco Boat show, loved his boating & fishing. We will all miss you Barry.

Hi to all, well I met with the top NZ nuero surgeon Peter Gann yesterday and being admitted for major brain surgery to remove the large tumour then found in the crt scan last week, so apart from the dangers of the operation, I hope to pull through and out of the other side after operation on Tuesday. Worried of course for my darling wife Rosie who is looking after me so well. Wish me good luck and a speedy recovery, it’s going to be a while
Gutted with some of his news, especially that due to magnitude of operation no driving for a while and more than anything no more diving which I am so disappointed to hear due to possible seizures which he said if happened u der water would be fatal. Thank you all for your awesome support, just wish we could be out on the Grady chasing some big blufin and enjoying the ocean, thanks everyone best wishes from us both
