And it's goodbye to Zac today - he's been offered a mechanical apprenticeship (which he's always wanted to do) and we are very pleased for him. Sad to see him go - but happy for him. From fresh out of high school to getting rave reviews from our customers about his service and attitude - our job here is done (taking a bow). We're stoked that we could start off his working life.

Bit of a news day here.... Kahn finished with us last week to move on to his dream of becoming a carver at Te Puia. We wish him all the best for the future and look forward to seeing some of his work. His replacement is none other than Kutz's brother, Reuben Hitaua. Reuben is 18 and is just as hard a worker as his big brother. We're sure there will be a bit of brotherly rivalry going on once Reuben is trained up!

If you've driven past over the last few days, you'll see that we've got some scaffolding up on the Ranolf Street side. Unfortunately our very large canopy had developed a bad sag on one end and wasn't safe to leave up, so Ash and the team from Enterprise Builders have been dismantling it. A quick paint touch up and we'll be back to normal next week!

We've had a great day here with two very special cars coming in for wheels and tyres. A 1958 Studebaker and this 1968 Dodge Charger RT. We did a set of staggered BF Goodrich tyres and Magnum 500 wheels on Cliff and Tina's Charger. They are both absolutely stunning cars and the boys love making them shine! If you've got a classic car and it needs wheels and tyres, bring it in to us and let us work our magic!
