The last 2 Prius vehicles we have checked
First was quoted new battery at $6000 after inspection and testing found it to have a failed control relay. new relay and systems works corectly
Second same diagnosis new battery required can't get wof due to light on dash $6500 quoted. Checked and diagnosed as corroded plug which one curcuit controls battery fan causing relay not to activate another wire in plug was for fan speed control for the battery fan causing the speed unit to fail was able to supply new part and replace plug

I got to spend last weekend with an awesome bunch of people From Gomersall Motorsport at Hampton Downs for the monochrome GT4 Australia learning some new stuff and helping out with a little bit of my knowledge were I could.
It was cool to see how even in the most technical of sports the simple things are still so critical to the end results.

Not all starter motors need to be replaced, this unit is perfect for a rebuild. Interals are it good condition. Just a light armature machine, a set of brushes and bushes and be good at half the cost of a new one

This was our latest custom design and print project.

Our customer required brackets which would allow her lights to be fixed to corrugated iron, so we got to work.
- Design Team modelled the brackets
- Custom fit to existing geometry
- Printed prototype for customer feedback
- Batch-printing final brackets

After the brackets were installed she sent us these pics and let us know that she was very happy with the end result. Give us a call to discuss your custom design or 3D printing job!

A large part of installing components is understaning current draw and the heat it creates.
So that this kind of damage doesnt ruin your holiday. Customer was sold this to run a 2000 watt inverter all set up with 50 amp components.
Math says 2000w ÷ 12v = 167 amps at peek far exceding the components used for connecting
Please if your unsure do your research or get in touch for the correct equipment for your requirments
