The Komax Gamma 263 wire processing machine is now up and running. It's been a long time in the making and after a last minute plan change for the location of the machine in the workshop and resulting reno, we couldn't be happier with how its turned out
New Service: We're launching our Tefzel wiring loom service specifically for SS1.0 connectors. We have already listed some 2.5m Link A looms for $395inc gst. but we offer longer, shorter or custom built to suit your requirements
What is a Gamma 263?
It's a CNC for wires. It measures, cuts, strips, and crimps each wire to spec using a Mecal applicator custom built for M22759/32 20 and 22AWG Tefzel wire.
Every crimp is monitored in real time via crimp force analysis, This means if a strand misses the terminal or the strip fails, the machine catches it, discards the terminal, and re-crimps without blinking.
The Looms are built using genuine terminals and housings
Suitable for MaxxECU (gen2), Link, Haltech, MoTeC, Emtron, and any other ECU/dash platform using the SS1.0 connector format.
