Dear Valued Customers,

We kindly request that please collect your refilled gas bottle on the same day, or by the following day at the latest.

Due to safety regulations, we are unable to store a large number of gas bottles on our premises.

We understand that there may be times when our gas refill staff are unavailable, such as during breaks. However, we will ensure that any gas bottle left with us is refilled on the same time or same day.
We will keep you updated if we are unable to refill the gas bottles on any given day. If you are unable to collect it that day, you are welcome to pick it up the next day. If you unable to pick up the bottle the next day please let us know.

Please note:

We are unable to refill gas bottles after dark, especially during winter, as this is against safety regulations.

We currently have several refilled gas bottles that have been waiting for collection for over a month. If you think one of them may be yours, please collect it as soon as possible.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
