Another T7 sorted out. So much smoother everywhere after getting a run on the dyno and an ecu custom remap.
This is Steves second T7 that we have tuned. (Keeps one in each Island the lucky bu**er)

Nice 1260 Diavel in for a remap after spending a lump on some new Ti Vandemon pipes.
It mapped up pretty good as it was lean as in the midrange.
It had come a long way as well from New Plymouth way.

Ending another big day with a CFMOTO 800MTX needed a custom map for the decat pipe and air cleaner setup.

A notable case.
This motorcycle was brought in for a routine health inspection. The owner reported that it functioned adequately but experienced jerkiness after reaching 8000 rpm. Investigation revealed that a previous owner had modified the intake trumpets to increase performance but failed to reprogram the Engine Control Unit (ECU) to account for the increased fuel requirements. The duration of this lean condition is unknown, but it is likely to have been prolonged. This issue has been observed previously in CBR650R models. It is advisable to have this modification done professionally.

Dave was pretty happy with his 21 Aprilia Tuono 1100 Factory after running on the dyno and Custom ECU mapping.
So with a bit of AI help he made this sheet with the results.

This should be interesting.
The latest model 660. Meant to be more power than the earlier models.
Dyno sheet to follow when we have tuned it up, should start at around 50-53hp at the wheel👍

These Triumph Storms have been out for nearly 2 years and it has taken the software people a bit of time to crack into them.
The Storm is up about 10hp on the earlier 2500cc models.
They do that by not restricting the throttle so much.
So now that we can get in to them we can open the throttle right up and do the fueling up for a solid 20hp like gain. Happy days. 👍
