Meet Sarah – our Service Manager
If you’ve brought your vehicle into Haven Motors over the years, chances are you already know Sarah.
Sarah has been part of the Haven Motors team for many years, starting with us as a Service Adviser and working her way up to become our Service Manager.
Along the way, she has built an incredible depth of knowledge and experience. She knows our workshop, our vehicles and, importantly, many of our customers extremely well.
As Service Manager, Sarah keeps a lot of moving parts moving – coordinating the workshop, working alongside our technicians, helping customers understand what their vehicle needs and making sure things run smoothly from the time a vehicle is booked in until the keys are handed back.
But it's not just Sarah's knowledge and experience that make her such an important part of Haven Motors. She's one of those people who is very much at the heart of the business – approachable, helpful and always ready to find a solution.
We're very lucky to have her leading our service team and helping make Haven Motors the friendly and welcoming place we want it to be.
