ONE WHOLE YEAR. 🖤

Today is exactly one year since we collected our completely custom 21ft High Country Xtreme Australis Caravans our home on wheels. How quickly has that year gone?!

We’re incredibly proud to be the Official Brand Ambassadors for Australis Caravans. It’s a title and relationship that genuinely means so much to us.

When we put our name behind a brand, it has to be something we truly believe in. Something we actually use, live with and can talk about from real experience. And there probably isn’t a better test than living in a caravan full-time, 365 days a year! 😂

An enormous amount of thought, planning and work went into this build. From our first conversations and ambitious wish list, right down to the smallest details, the team worked with us to create something completely unique.

There genuinely isn’t another one quite like it and twelve months later, we’re still discovering its capabilities.

We’ve lived in it through every season, taken it to incredible places, lived off-grid, worked from it, entertained in it and made it our home in every sense.

But a great product is only part of what makes a great brand.

Behind Australis are real people. People who listened to our ideas, found solutions, answered our endless questions and helped turn what we had in our heads into our home. The relationships and friendships we’ve built along the way are a huge part of why we’re so proud to represent Australis.

This year certainly hasn’t been without its adventures, challenges and the occasional “well, we didn’t expect that!” moment 😂 that’s life on the road.

Through it all, this caravan has been our constant.

Our home. Our office. Our base for every adventure. And now, of course, Buffy’s home too. 🐶🤍

It’s surreal that something which started as plans, drawings and a long list of “could we do this…?” has now been our home for an entire year.

And the best part? We’re nowhere near finished with it yet.

Happy one year to our home on wheels, and a huge thank you to everyone at Australis Caravans who helped create it and continues to be part of our journey.

When the Westcoast weather plays the right card!

Dan quickly shot away from the Australis Caravans NZ Hq this last week for a break before the busyness of the up coming mystery creek NZMCA Motorhome, Caravan & Leisure Show

With mates Mark & Shane they headed offshore for a two day game fishing trip this last week.
Dan’s always been a very avid fisherman. It’s even in his name!😜
An awesome result for the many hours at sea for the lad’s, as Dan hooked into this massive Bluefin Tuna at 7pm.
After a good battle on the big game rod, 🎣 it was on the deck.
Plenty of sushi 🍣 to be shared around now!

Now I’m back to getting all your Australis’s ready for collection team! 🙌 & see you at the upcoming show!
