Here’s some important reminders for tomorrow:

Our 75th AGM and Annual prizegiving will be held at the club rooms after racing, everyone is welcome to join us. We will have a sausage sizzle and cake to celebrate our 75th Anniversary!

📍Address: 166 Mere Road, Fernhill
➡️ Day entries will be accepted with an extra $10 on the day… PLEASE arrive early as this takes longer to process.

🕰️ Sign on 7.30am - 8.30am sharp
➡️ Riders briefing 8.45am (approx) all riders MUST attend.
🚨 Make sure your MNZ licences is filled out and helmet details are correct.
🪖 Bring your helmet up to sign on for checking.
🔢 Please ensure you have a number visible on your bike.
➡️ Helmets must be worn at all times when on bikes - even in the pits!
🚮 Rubbish is to be taken with you please
🚳 No electric/ pit bikes allowed

🍔 sorry no food cart this round.
☕️ Melabrews will be supplying coffees/drinks 👌

As always, track prep is every Saturday before race day! 🏁

If you can spare a few hours, pop on down and give our committee a hand. Every bit of help goes a long way in getting the track race-ready.

Mini parents — we know many of you have kids’ sports on Saturdays, so we’ve created a Mini Track Messenger group to help coordinate times that work for everyone.

If you’re not part of the group yet and would like to help out, please let us know and we’ll get you added.

🚨 WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🚨

Unfortunately, a few of our amazing volunteers are unavailable this Sunday, so we’re putting the call out for some extra help to keep the day running smoothly.

🏁 Mini Track Timing System
We need someone to help run the mini timing system. It might sound a little daunting, but it’s actually very straightforward, and support will be provided on the day.

🏁 Main and Mini Track Starter
We’re also looking for someone to help as a starter on both tracks

Practice Day Saturday 30th May - All riders welcome!

Ngaruroro Raceway - 166 Mere Road, Fernhill
12pm - 4pm

Practice Fees for all riders: $20

REMINDERS….
* please offer your assistance to help set up/ run practice day, we require yellow flags in boxes (in case needed) on main track and finish flag ready prior to starting.
* depending on numbers etc, we will split into time slots to ensure any new riders and small bikes get a chance to ride the track safely.
* If you’re new to the track, please let someone know at sign on and we can discuss with you track entry, exit and jumps etc.
* You MUST sign on, read practice day rules and pay at club house BEFORE unloading your bikes.
* Payment is cash only
* No medics on site, ride at your own risk
* Correct riding gear MUST be worn.
* Parents with minis & Juniors 16 and under, please supervise your children riding at all times.
