Some customers become part of the Brendan Foot Supersite family… & Keith is definitely one of them.

Keith popped in this week to get his Holden Commodore VX serviced — the very same 1 he bought from BFS back in 2001.

25 years & 230,000 kms later, it’s still going strong… & so is Keith’s loyalty. He’s been getting it regularly serviced at Railway Ave ever since the day he first drove it home.

We love catching up with loyal customers like Keith. It's relationships like these that make what we do so rewarding. We love hearing the stories, seeing these well‑loved cars still humming along, & knowing we’ve been trusted to look after them for so long.

A huge congratulations to Wellington's Bruce Mortimer, the winner of this year's NZ Art Show People's Choice Award for his charcoal drawing “Legacy”

The 15,000+ people in attendance last weekend all had the opportunity to cast their votes & "Legacy" was the pick from a field of 10 outstanding finalists.

The connection between art & audience that the award celebrates is just 1 of the reasons why we love supporting it so much.

Bruce will also receive a $3,000 prize to go with the honour of the People's Choice Award winner for 2026.

One of the highlights of the NZ Art Show each year is meeting the incredible artists behind the work, hearing about their inspiration, & learning more about their creative process. This year, we had the pleasure of meeting a very special up-and-coming artist.

Abbie O’Doherty celebrated her 14th birthday on Sunday, but before that milestone she achieved something remarkable, becoming the youngest-ever artist to be featured at the NZ Art Show. 2 of her stunning pieces were showcased in the Next Generation Zone, proudly sponsored by Brendan Foot Supersite.

Abbie said it felt “amazing” to have her art featured in the show & was really excited that others could see what she had created, as this was the first time her work had been displayed in this way.

Her message for other aspiring young artists was simple: perseverance pays off. “Keep working at it. If you want it to happen, believe, keep trying & you'll be able to achieve it”

Abbie was joined at the show by her mum, Jodie, who was incredibly proud of her daughter for putting both herself & her art out there. She was also grateful for the opportunity provided by the NZ Art Show.

Jodie said she continues to be blown away by what Abbie is able to create, especially while balancing her passion for art with her commitments to football, where she also excels with her hands as a goalkeeper, & her studies at Scots College Wellington.

Supporting emerging artists like Abbie from across the Wellington region is 1 of the reasons we’re so proud to sponsor the Next Generation Zone, & we look forward to seeing their creativity continue to flourish.
