Big shout out to Property Brokers for hosting the tradie breakfast on Friday the 2nd Oct. We managed to come away with the raffle raising money for prostate cancer. Thanks a heap Property Brokers Hokitika and what a great cause.

Fine looking bunch there.

Our employers are some of our key supporters, taking on the load when we drop everything to bolt away to a fire call.

🔥🚒🚒💨

Last week we recognised our self-employed fire fighters, who make up about one third of our brigade and generously use their own work time to respond to emergencies.

Shout out to our fire fighters' businesses, left to right:
🔨 John at John the Joiner Limited
⚙ Craig at Excavator Parts and Machinery Sales Limited
🚗 Chris at Auto Super Shoppe Hokitika & 💬 ChatR Communications
🥛 Ross at Farm Services Limited
🐄 David at Provis Farms
🛁 Jake at Jake Ross Plumbing & Gas Ltd
💰 Peter at Cuffs Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors
💦 Mark at Mark Keenan Plumbing
⚡ Mike at All Electrix West Coast (not pictured)
🏠 Peter at Stonewood Homes West Coast (not pictured)

Let's hear it for our self employed fire fighters in Hokitika 👏

❤️‍🔥 Please support their business when you can ❤️‍🔥

And it’s a well deserved congratulations to the Hokitika Fire Volunteers with Chief fire officer Peter Cuff pictured here receiving a free battery after winning last month’s battery promotion. How deserving are these great bunch of people.

It’s a great cause, today at the Anglican Church in Greymouth, pop in and give blood.
