At Ben Thomas Panel Beating, we are also your local, Novus Glass Agent for all glass repair or replacements.

More often than not, we can repair your windscreen cracks.
Which typically take around 30 minutes.
If its not repairable. We can easily order a replacement for you.
Once it arrives and your booked in. You'll be back on the road the same day.

With our on-site trained and certified technicians we will repair or replace your windscreen with all the correct procedures that the manufactures have set. This includes all necessary calibrations that aid and assist over 95% of the vehicles on our roads today.

Whether its lane assist, emergency brake assist or adaptive cruise control. We have the calibration equipment with up to date software to cater for these safety features that have such fine tolerances.
Yet, its essential we check and calibrate them and set them back to how they should be. This removes any guess work and ensures it's completed right, first time, every time.

Don't hesitate to get your windscreen checked by us. The longer its ignored the more chance dirt and debris can work its way through and cause issues further down the road.

Every year we commit to keeping our Gold Class I-CAR standards in the collision industry.

Every year our team completes specific training to maintain this high standard and every year we take pride it what we've achieved.

This recognition keeps our customers safeguarded in knowing that we adhere to the manufacturers repair procedures on every vehicle.

With advanced materials and new vehicle designs. It's imperative for us to maintain this achievment.

Keeping you and the vehicle safe on the road whilst maintaining it's market value, is the goal we've set from these expert training courses.

In 2015 we were the first in New Zealand to achieve this well earned award and the only shop to have all the I-CAR medals.
We have no intention to give up anytime soon. 11 years on and still counting.

We've put the updates on hold for a while now and thought we would jump back in and keep our customers and followers back in the loop.

We are still going strong, still forever growing and still looking after all of our customers repair needs across the South Taranaki region.

We will start putting up regular posts involving the collision repair industry, some educational segments and what to expect from the ever changing car world.

Putting your mind at ease with a bit of knowledge in our industry goes a long way. But as you know.... we don't like being serious all of the time.

So we'll chuck in a good bit of humour along the way. Just as you get when you have a yarn with us at the shop. We'll also have some stuff for the keen petrol heads too 😉
