Is your vehicle getting the attention it deserves?

Just changing the oil on a modern vehicle often doesn't cut it. While this Dmax was in for a major service, we plugged out scan tool in and checked over the live data. The g/sec reading of the Mass Airflow sensor was not what id normally expect to see.

A quick removal, clean and refit of the sensor has this Dmax running with better fuel efficiency and power again. Preventing an issue before it happens.

Hot wire Mass Airflow sensors and intake air tempreture sensors provide important data to the ECU to control fuel delivery. It is very important they are clean to read correctly.

Just a reminder to replace your fuel filters.
Don't let them get this bad.
This Dmax has just had a service the day before I got it for a valve adjustment. On the road test the warning light for the filter was coming on.
Common rail diesel fuel components are big money. Filters are cheap.

One of a few LVVTA certifications completed lately, our own workshop ute. Everything from a 3.5" lift and everything required for a long travel suspension setup to a 6 piston big brake kit and more.

We now have a good working relationship with a certifier, and can cater to all of your modification requirements.

Getting a modern vehicle certification has become a fairly complex and at times frustrating procedure. We are now offering to complete this process for you.

Everything from fitting parts, ADAS calibration, specialized wheel alignments, custom fabrication, hardware modifications to organizing manufactures information required for certification, we cover it all.

The process involves an independant WoF and certification check so there is no conflict of interest issues.

If you are in need of a certification or have some modifications in mind, feel free to get in touch, we are happy to help out.

It is always best to reach out before handing over money for any modifications that require an LVV certification, as many products are unable to be certified in new zealand for various different reasons.

A couple of modifications completed. Then sand blasted and powdercoated in the usual black sand texture by our local powdercoaters. They consistently produce a good looking, durable finish 👌
