🛻 Buying a caravan is a big investment — so how safe is your money?
With the recent news of several Australian caravan manufacturers going under, along with a number of New Zealand dealerships closing their doors, we completely understand why customers are asking us:
“How do I know my money and my caravan are safe?”
It’s a fair question — and one we take seriously.
One of the ways we give our customers peace of mind throughout the build process is transparency.
📸 You see your caravan being built.
As your van progresses through production, we send you regular build photos and updates. They’re certainly not the prettiest photos you’ll ever receive from us 😂 — but they’re real, and that’s the point.
You can see your cabinetry going in, your electrical work taking shape, your walls going up and your caravan becoming your caravan.
🎥 Then comes the exciting part…
Once your caravan is completed in Australia, our factory provides us with final photos and videos of the finished van, which we pass on to you. 📷
This gives you the opportunity to see the finished product, check that everything is as ordered and make sure you’re happy with what has been built.
💰 And importantly, no money changes hands for the completed caravan until you have seen that it is finished in Australia.
For us, it’s about removing as much uncertainty from the process as possible.
You shouldn’t have to simply hand over a large amount of money and hope that somewhere on the other side of the Tasman, your caravan is being built.
We want you to see it, follow it and feel part of the journey.
