Congratulations, Paul Drummond, on an incredible 30 years with Cooke Howlison and your long-standing dedication to the Toyota franchise. A respected role model, manager, and mentor, Paul is admired by his team as “truly the best of the best.” Here are three quick questions with Paul about his time at Cooke Howlison.
Over the 3 decades you’ve been at Cooke Howlison, what are some of the biggest changes that you have seen?
- “One of the biggest changes would be hybrids and how popular and efficient they have become. Technology is advancing at an incredible pace.”
What moment/achievement are you most proud of?
- “Being involved with winning the Toyota NZ dealer of the year four times over my time here. Being number 1 in NZ is pretty impressive, amongst some very stiff competition.”
What has kept you motivated each day?
- “Every day is different. There’s always something new going on. Whether it’s new promotions, new models coming through or just having a laugh with customers there are new challenges every day. It just keeps you interested.”
