This week we applied some C series “Burnt Bronze” Cerakote to a brand new exhaust manifold and turbo.
Our customer collected it this afternoon and it is all fitted up already.

Sometime back we had a Moto Guzzi engine dropped in for a clean.

Was one of those don’t rush jobs so we worked our way through it one piece at a time.

Now it has been completed it is off to have it’s final rinse and clean prior to assembly.

We were asked to clean up a Ducati set of headers.
After removing the baked on road grime it was next step into the Vapour blaster to profile, then it was a given a workout on our new 3 phase wire wheel machine.

Now it is ready to head to the polishers who will bring the shine back that stainless excels at giving.

One of our cool jobs this week was a finishing the last of the Suzuki RGV250 parts.

1: Carburettors - Vapour blasted.

2: Centre cases, cylinders and heads - Vapour Blasted and Cerakote Aluminium Gloss clear applied.

3: Engine side covers and power valve plates - Removal and rust on the plates and items prepared and coated in our Cerakote Satin Aluminium.

Here is a wee turbo we had in for a Cerakote. Burnt Bronze and Cobra black are the colours making an appearance.
