I’ve finally had a moment to start working on some 2GR projects. To kick things off, here’s our first mockup of our 2GR-FSE W2A intercooler plate with a cast, front-facing plenum (throttle body mount not shown). It has been designed for turbo builds where a W2A system is needed and bonnet clearance isn’t a requirement, as it utilises the stock lower manifold. This setup stands approx. 40mm taller than the OEM plastic manifold at its highest point and will be made to suit a number of popular throttle bodies.

There are plans to do a “low-mount” version with a custom lower manifold once this design is finalised.

ELATE x BOOSTED JU**IE Gen 2 2UR-GSE collaboration kits are done and will be heading off to BoostedJu**ie very soon! There’s a mix of FDFI2300s and MK2 TVS2650s, so a bit of something for everyone.

These setups suit all Gen 2 2URs: the RCF, GSF, IS500 and of course the LC500, a platform Boosted Ju**ie have played a key part in helping us develop. Hit them up to see what they can do for your build!

The time is finally here! The third pre-order drop of the ELATE ISF RHD headers will begin tomorrow the 1st October at 9am NZDT through to Monday 9am NZDT. This time around I’m not capping volumes so whatever is ordered will be built. As with before these will be available with and without extreme black ceramic coating and will include O2 sensor extension harnesses.

The first LS460 kit testing is well underway with Nic . Things are looking good considering the car was dropping down a gear mid run or hitting speed cut. The setup made 382whp @ 4,300rpm before it dropped a gear which is already better than what we had seen out of the early tests done on the URS206 Majesta. A tune is next in the cards which will help combat some of these hurdles.

Doing an engine swap out on a LS460 at the moment so taking the opportunity to scan the engine and engine bay for a future header build. First thing that really stands out is the lack of space, I don’t know how it’s possible but it looks even worse than what’s available in the ISF… this will be a challenge when the time comes.

Stoked to have the privilege of putting together the very first ISF supercharger kit with the 60mm core kit and factory CNC ported MK2 TVS2650 from Harrop Engineering for JLS Systems . Really looking forward to seeing how this goes when combined with MoTeC Pty Ltd - Official management.

Fresh set of ELATE ISF headers installed into Jordan’s 2013 ISF and sounding awesome paired with an X-Force exhaust. Dyno runs came in at a comfortable 383whp @ 6,100rpm. .nz

Quick sound clip for those that have been asking. This car is running the ELATE Headers with a full 3” steel exhaust fitted with 3” high flow cats and FlowFX mufflers.
